Iron Gym Schedule Page as an Addon

I just received an e-mail in the US for a Black Friday sale. For Templates, the Iron Gym template is very interesting, however, just one page of the Iron Gym template is very interesting - the "schedule page." Below is the schedule page link.

Can you sell this schedule page as a Serif Addon?

Okay, if bought the Iron Gym template and deleted all the pages except the schedule page, would the code on this page still work?
